Privacy Policy
About this Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Version: 1.0.0
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AguiCorp, LLC ("AguiCorp," "we," "us," or "our") collects when You use MyHappySky at https://www.myhappysky.com (the "Service"), why we collect it, how long we keep it, who helps us process it, and the choices You have.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service and DMCA Policy. Our Children's Privacy Notice gives the full detail on children's information, and our Cookie Notice covers cookies and on-device storage.
The short version:
- The free tools need no account. Everything a child does in them stays in the browser on Your device. We never receive it.
- There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts or fonts on any page.
- Parent accounts are optional and for adults only.
- We store a child's progress on our servers only if a parent has a subscription and has given verifiable consent first.
- We never sell or share anyone's personal information.
1. Who We Are
AguiCorp, LLC is a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Orange County, Florida. We are the "controller" of the personal information described in this Policy, meaning we decide how and why it is processed. MyHappySky is a public service by AguiCorp.
Contact for privacy matters:
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: 407-751-1551 (voice messages)
- Mail: AguiCorp, LLC, P.O. Box 620101, Orlando, FL 32862, USA
2. Where We Offer Our Services
The Service is not offered in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. We do not market to persons in those territories. Visitors whose connections originate from those territories receive a "service not offered in your area" page instead of the Service. That page sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our servers are located in the United States, and Your information is processed there. Automated license-check and webhook endpoints are machine-to-machine signals from software installations, not services offered to persons; those endpoints are not subject to this territorial limitation.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information that stays on Your device
The free tools save everything in the web browser's local storage on the device You use, and send none of it to us. That includes the talk board choices, schedules, settings, a child's nickname, picture choice and age band, and progress and scores when a parent turns progress tracking on. We do not collect this information, and we cannot see it. You can download it as a backup file and delete it from the parent portal at any time. Pages used by children have no forms, no free-text fields, no chat, no camera or microphone access, and no location access, and they set no cookies.
3.2 Information You give us
- Parent account information. Parent accounts are optional and only for adults aged 18 or older. If You create one, we collect Your email address, a display name, and a password stored only as a salted hash, and Your confirmation that You are 18 or older. If You choose to sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile Google shares (name, email address and Google account ID) and keep Your Google account ID with Your account. We never receive Your Google password.
- Contact information. When You use our contact form, Your name, email address and message.
- Transaction information. For the optional parent subscription, what You bought, its billing status, and the subscription it relates to. Payment card details go to our payment processor, not to us (Section 6).
- User-submitted content. The Service does not accept uploads, posts, or comments. Words, pictures or other items a parent adds to the free tools on a device stay on that device.
- Support communications. MyHappySky has no help desk in this version. When You write to us, we keep Your message and our reply.
- Voice messages. Calls to 407-751-1551 are answered by an automated assistant that informs the caller before recording. The system records Your message, transcribes it to text, and retains the calling number Your telephone network provides, so we can respond. If You do not want to be recorded, hang up and email us instead.
3.3 Information created when You use the Service
- Terms acceptance records. When You accept our Terms of Service, we record the version You accepted, the time of acceptance, Your IP address, and Your browser's user-agent string, as proof of agreement.
- Account records. Whether You have verified Your email address.
- Consent records. If You give verifiable parental consent for server history, we record the method, the time, the version of the consent text, and what You consented to.
- Server history (subscription and consent only). With an active parent subscription and Your verifiable consent, we store Your child's profile (nickname, picture choice from our set, and age band) and learning activity results (the activity, the skill it practices, the score, hints used, time spent, and the date), so they sync across Your devices and are backed up. Nothing else about a child is ever stored on our servers.
- Service logs. IP address, user-agent, path requested, and timestamp, kept for security and reliability.
- We do not use analytics and do not count visits with any identifier.
3.4 Information from third parties
- Google, only when You choose Google sign-in.
- Payment processors (via BillingSky): payment status and subscription state for Your transactions (Section 6).
- Cloudflare: whether a request passed its security checks, and the country a request comes from.
4. How We Use Information
- To provide the Service. Run Your parent account; process Your subscription; store, sync and back up server history when You have consented; answer Your messages.
- To protect the Service and its users. Rate limiting, anti-abuse screening, blocking, fraud prevention, security logging.
- To enforce our Terms. Including the territorial limits in Section 2 and proof of acceptance.
- To communicate with You. Messages about Your account, subscription, consent, and security, and replies to Your messages. Marketing communications only where You have consented.
- To meet legal obligations. Tax, accounting, and regulatory recordkeeping.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on You. We do not use anyone's information for advertising.
5. Automated Tools
MyHappySky does not use automated tools on children's information. Calls to our voice line are answered and transcribed by an automated assistant, and if we add a help desk in the future, automated tools may help triage tickets and draft replies. These tools run on equipment AguiCorp owns, leases, or operates. Ticket text, call audio, and personal information processed by these tools are not sent to third-party AI or transcription providers.
- The ticket triage tools see only what they need: the ticket's content, Your first name, and basic facts about the purchase. They do not see Your email address or payment details.
- A person reviews every automated reply before it is sent to You.
- Privacy requests and account-deletion requests are handled by a person, never by automated replies.
6. Payments and Billing
The optional parent subscription is sold through BillingSky, AguiCorp's billing platform. Payment card details are handled by Stripe through BillingSky; card numbers do not reach AguiCorp servers. BillingSky sends Your payment receipts. We retain the transaction details needed to operate Your account: what was purchased, the payment state, and the subscription it relates to. Invoices and purchase records are retained as tax law requires (Section 11).
7. Cookies and Your Choices
7.1 Essential cookies
The Service uses one essential session cookie. It is set only on parent pages that have a form or sign-in, and it holds a security token and, when You sign in, Your signed-in session. The Service cannot operate those pages without it. Pages used by children set no cookies.
7.2 Analytics cookies
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, pixels, or scripts on any page of the Service, and no third-party analytics or advertising service receives information about Your visits. Because there is nothing to opt out of, the Service shows no cookie-consent notice. If we ever change this, we will update this Policy before the change takes effect and, for any page used by children, obtain any consent the law requires first.
7.3 On-device storage
The free tools use the browser's local storage, not cookies, to keep a child's tools and progress on the device, as Section 3.1 describes. Our Cookie Notice explains how to clear it.
8. Security and Anti-Abuse Processing
To keep the Service safe, traffic passes through Cloudflare, which filters attacks. We also apply rate limits and temporarily block IP addresses that repeatedly exceed them. If You are blocked by mistake, email [email protected].
Messages sent through our contact form may be screened by SpamSky, the AguiCorp network's anti-abuse service, before they are accepted:
- Raw email and IP addresses are not stored. They are converted to peppered fingerprints on arrival and discarded.
- Message bodies are not kept by SpamSky for accepted messages; a message flagged for review is purged automatically after 30 days.
- The fingerprints are pseudonymized, not anonymous, so they are covered by Your deletion rights.
- If the screening service is unavailable, messages are accepted rather than blocked.
9. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never disclose children's personal information to third parties for their own purposes. We share personal information only with:
- Service providers, each processing it only to provide its service to us:
- DigitalOcean, our hosting provider in the United States;
- Cloudflare, for network security and content delivery;
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), to send our email;
- the telephone carrier for the voice line;
- BillingSky and its payment processor, Stripe;
- Google, for sign-in, only if You choose it.
- Other AguiCorp services that are part of how the Service operates: BillingSky for billing, SpamSky for anti-abuse screening of the contact form.
- Legal authorities, when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- A successor, if AguiCorp is merged, acquired, or sold, under the protections of this Policy.
10. No Hosted Services
The Service does not host sites, applications, or data on behalf of users for delivery to third parties. All personal information processed through the Service is processed by AguiCorp for Your use of the Service only.
11. Data Retention
| Category | Retention |
|---|---|
| Data saved on Your device by the free tools | On Your device until You delete it; we never hold it |
| Parent account data | For the life of the account, then removed as Section 12 describes |
| Server history (child profile and learning activity results) | While Your subscription and consent are both active. Deleted within 30 days after You withdraw consent or delete it. After a subscription ends, kept 90 days so You can renew or download it, then deleted |
| Contact-form messages | 12 months |
| Terms acceptance and consent records | As long as needed to show agreement and consent were obtained: up to 3 years after the account closes, in minimized form |
| Orders and invoices (held by BillingSky) | As tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years) |
| Service logs (IP address, user agent) | About 14 days, unless preserved for a security investigation |
| Database backups | 30 days, then deleted. If a backup is restored, erasures made since it was taken are reapplied before the Service goes back online |
12. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete Your account at any time from Your account page, or by emailing [email protected].
- Parent accounts. Sign-in is removed when You ask. Your personal information, and any server history about Your child, is erased or anonymized after a 14-day grace period.
- Server history only. You can delete Your child's server history, or withdraw consent, from the parent portal without closing Your account. It is deleted within 30 days.
- On-device data. Delete it from the parent portal on each device, or clear the browser's site data.
- Billing records. Payment records held by BillingSky are kept as tax law requires and then anonymized by BillingSky.
- What we retain. Records we must keep by law (for example, invoices, and proof of consent) are retained in minimized form for the required period, then destroyed.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Wherever You live in the territories we serve, You can ask us to:
- Access. Tell You what personal information we hold about You and how we use it, and give You a copy;
- Correct. Fix information that is inaccurate;
- Delete. Erase Your information, subject to the legal exceptions in Section 12;
- Opt out. Of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message or by emailing [email protected].
No sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals; because we run no analytics or advertising, there is nothing further for them to turn off.
Making a request. Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We verify requests against Your account information and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent with Your written permission. We will never treat You differently for exercising these rights. Parents' rights over their children's information are in Section 14 and our Children's Privacy Notice.
State-specific disclosures. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island may have additional rights under their state privacy laws. The rights described above satisfy or exceed those state requirements as applied to our processing. For state-specific contact or rights-exercise information, email [email protected].
14. Security and Children
We protect personal information with:
- Encryption in transit (TLS);
- Salted password hashes;
- Strict content-security and session policies;
- Role-based access for staff;
- Daily backups;
- Audit logging of administrative actions.
No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a security incident affecting Your personal information, we will respond and provide notification in accordance with our Security Incident and Breach Notification Policy and applicable law.
Florida Information Protection Act compliance. AguiCorp is a covered entity under the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) ("FIPA"). If a breach of security affects Your personal information, we will:
- notify You within 30 days of determining that the breach has occurred, by the fastest reliable means available, with the content required by FIPA § 501.171(4)(e) (date of breach, data categories involved, steps You can take to protect Yourself, our contact information);
- notify the Florida Attorney General within 30 days of determining the breach if it affects 500 or more Florida residents, in the form required by FIPA § 501.171(3);
- notify nationwide consumer reporting agencies without unreasonable delay if the breach affects 1,000 or more individuals at a single time, as required by FIPA § 501.171(5);
- maintain written records of every incident, breach determination, and notification sent for not less than 5 years, available to the Attorney General on request, as required by FIPA § 501.171(9);
- where we act as a service provider for another AguiCorp property (such as BillingSky processing payments or SpamSky processing form submissions), notify the property on whose behalf we hold the data within 10 days of determining a breach, as required by FIPA § 501.171(6).
Our full Security Incident and Breach Notification Policy, including the public-facing details of our incident response commitments, is available at /security-incidents.
Children's privacy. The Service is directed to children, including children under 13, and to the parents and legal guardians who care for them. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Federal Trade Commission's COPPA Rule (16 CFR Part 312). Our Children's Privacy Notice gives the full detail; this section summarizes it.
- What we collect from or about children. Nothing, in the free tools: everything a child does there stays in the browser on Your device and never reaches our servers. Only if a parent has an active subscription and has given verifiable consent do we store a child profile (nickname, picture choice from our set, and age band) and learning activity results (the activity, the skill it practices, the score, hints used, time spent, and the date), sent from the parent's devices so they sync and are backed up.
- What we never collect from children. Photos, voice recordings, real names, location, contact details such as an email address or phone number, or anything a child types. Pages used by children have no forms, free-text fields, chat, camera, microphone or location access, and set no cookies.
- Parental consent comes first. We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from or about a child until a parent or legal guardian has given verifiable consent by using a payment card in the subscription purchase through our billing service, which notifies the card's primary account holder of the transaction, followed by a confirmation email to the parent. We keep a record of each consent: the method, the time, the version of the consent text, and what was consented to.
- How we use it. Only to provide the Service to that child and family, as the Children's Privacy Notice describes. We do not use children's information for advertising, for building profiles for any other purpose, or to train artificial-intelligence models.
- No advertising, no sale, no sharing. There is no behavioral or contextual advertising on any page used by children, and no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking tags on those pages. We never sell, rent, or share children's personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. Service providers that host and secure the Service for us process it only to provide that service to us.
- Your rights as a parent. You may review the personal information we hold about Your child, have it deleted, and refuse to allow any further collection or use, at any time, from the parent portal when You are signed in or by emailing [email protected]. Refusing further collection does not stop Your child from using the parts of the Service that collect nothing.
- Retention. Server history is kept while Your subscription and consent are both active. It is deleted within 30 days after You withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, and 90 days after a subscription ends. We do not keep children's personal information indefinitely.
- Questions. Contact [email protected], call 407-751-1551 (voice messages), or write to AguiCorp, LLC, P.O. Box 620101, Orlando, FL 32862, USA.
15. Changes and Contact
We may update this Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes are announced on this page with a new version number and effective date, and by email to account holders where the change significantly affects them. Non-material changes (clarifications, typographical corrections, formatting) may be made without notice. Before any change to how we collect, use, or disclose children's information takes effect for a child's information, we obtain the parent's consent again.

P1. Property-specific data collection. On-device storage by the free tools (Section 3.1), the optional parent subscription, and server history with verifiable parental consent (Sections 3.3 and 14).
P2. Property-specific processors. None beyond those named in Section 9.
P3. Property-specific retention. As in the table in Section 11, which sets shorter periods than the AguiCorp network default for contact-form messages (12 months) and service logs (about 14 days).
P4. Property-specific rights. From the parent portal, a parent can download and delete on-device data, and, when signed in with server history, review, download and delete it and withdraw consent.
