Children's Privacy Notice
About this notice
Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Version: 1.0.0
This notice explains how AguiCorp, LLC ("AguiCorp," "we," "us") handles personal information from and about children who use MyHappySky at https://www.myhappysky.com (the "Service"). It is written for parents and legal guardians. It adds to our Privacy Policy, which covers everyone else who uses the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by AguiCorp, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. MyHappySky is a public service by AguiCorp.
- Email: [email protected]
- Phone: 407-751-1551 (voice messages)
- Mail: AguiCorp, LLC, P.O. Box 620101, Orlando, FL 32862, USA
2. Our approach
MyHappySky's free tools are built so that we collect nothing from your child. Everything your child does in them is saved only in the web browser on your own device. We store information about a child on our servers only for one optional feature, server history, and only after a parent has a subscription and has given verifiable consent. There are no ads and no trackers anywhere on the Service.
3. What we collect from or about children, and how
In the free tools: nothing reaches us. The talk board, schedules, timers, stories, routines and learning activities save your child's choices, your settings, your child's nickname, picture choice and age band, and, if you turn on progress tracking, scores and progress, in the browser's local storage on the device you use. None of it is sent to our servers, and we cannot see it. You can download it as a backup file and delete it from the parent portal at any time.
With server history (optional, subscription and consent only): if you have an active parent subscription and have given verifiable consent, we store, so that it syncs across your devices and is backed up:
- your child's profile: a nickname, a picture choice from our set (not a photo), and an age band;
- learning activity results: the activity, the skill it practices, the score, hints used, time spent, and the date.
This information is created by your child's play in the tools and is sent from your devices while you are signed in to your parent account. Your child never types it.
What we never collect from children: photos, voice recordings, real names, location, contact details such as an email address or phone number, or anything a child types. Pages used by children have no forms, no free-text fields, no chat, no camera, microphone or location access, and set no cookies.
We do not make a child's use of any activity depend on giving more personal information than that activity needs. Every activity works without server history.
4. How we use children's information
We use server history only to:
- show your child's progress to you in the parent portal on each of your devices;
- keep a backup so progress isn't lost when a device is replaced or its browser data is cleared;
- let you print or download your child's progress.
We do not use children's information for advertising of any kind, to build profiles for any other purpose, or to train artificial-intelligence models.
5. Disclosure
We never sell, rent, or share children's personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. The only companies that handle it are the service providers that host and secure the Service for us (DigitalOcean for hosting in the United States, Cloudflare for network security and delivery), and they process it only to provide that service to us. We disclose children's information to others only if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid court order.
We do not disclose children's information to third parties, so we never ask you for consent to do so.
6. Parental consent
We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from or about a child until a parent or legal guardian has given verifiable consent. Our method: when you buy the parent subscription, you pay with a payment card through our billing service, BillingSky, and its card processor, Stripe; the card issuer notifies the card's primary account holder of the transaction. We then send a confirmation email to your parent account's address, and server history starts only after that.
Before we ask for consent, we send you a notice by email that explains what we would collect and why. We keep a record of every consent: the method, the time, the version of the consent text, and what was consented to. If we want to collect or use children's information in a materially different way, we will ask for your consent again first.
7. Your rights as a parent
At any time, you can:
- Review the personal information we hold about your child;
- Have it deleted;
- Refuse further collection or use by withdrawing your consent.
Do this from the parent portal while you are signed in to your parent account, or by emailing [email protected].
We confirm that a request comes from the child's parent or legal guardian before acting on it. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and use at once, and the server history is deleted within 30 days. It does not stop your child from using the free tools, which keep working on your device.
8. How long we keep it (our retention policy)
- Server history is kept while your subscription and your consent are both active.
- If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, we delete it within 30 days.
- If your subscription ends, we keep it 90 days so you can renew or download it, then delete it.
- If you delete your parent account, it is deleted with the account after a 14-day grace period.
- Our database backups roll off after 30 days.
- We keep the consent record itself, in minimized form, only as long as we need to show that consent was obtained (up to 3 years after the account closes).
We do not keep children's personal information indefinitely. When we delete it, we delete it from our live systems at once, and it leaves our backups as they roll off on their normal schedule.
9. How we protect it
We protect children's information with encryption in transit, strict access controls (only AguiCorp staff who need it to run the Service can reach it), daily backups, and logging of administrative actions. AguiCorp keeps a written security program for children's information, reviewed at least once a year. If a security incident affects your child's information, we notify you as our Security Incident and Breach Notification Policy describes.
10. Changes and contact
We will post any change to this notice here with a new version and date. If a change materially affects how we collect, use, or disclose children's information, we will notify you and obtain your consent again before the change applies to your child's information.

The notice we email before asking for consent
Before server history starts, we email the parent this notice:
- Why we have your email address: you gave it to us when you created your parent account, so we can reach you about it.
- Your permission is needed. We will not collect, use, or disclose any information about your child for server history unless you give permission.
- What we would collect, and why: your child's nickname, picture choice and age band, and learning activity results (activity, skill, score, hints, time spent, date), so your child's progress syncs across your devices and is backed up.
- How we would use it: only to show you your child's progress and keep it backed up. Never for ads or AI training.
- Disclosure: we never sell, share, or disclose it to third parties.
- How to give permission: complete the parent subscription checkout with a payment card, then confirm in the email we send you.
- If you don't give permission: nothing about your child is stored on our servers, and every free tool keeps working on your device. Your parent account is not affected.
- Your rights: you can review or delete your child's information, and withdraw your permission, at any time, from the parent portal or by emailing [email protected].
