Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Effective date: November 6, 2026 · Last updated: November 6, 2026 · Version: 1.0.0

MyHappySky at https://www.myhappysky.com is built for children with autism and the families who care for them, so accessibility is part of the design, not an add-on. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on every page. MyHappySky is operated by AguiCorp, LLC.

1. Sensory-friendly by design

  • Nothing flashes. No content flashes more than three times a second.
  • Movement is gentle and optional. If your device is set to reduce motion, the Service shows still images instead of animation. Parents can also turn movement off in the parent controls.
  • Sound only after a tap. The Service never plays sound on its own. Sound and the speaking voice play only when someone taps, and parents can turn sound off.
  • Calm, predictable screens. A muted color palette, the same layout on every screen, and talk board buttons that never move.
  • No pressure. No countdown pressure and no failure messages for children.

2. How we build for access

  • Large tap targets, sized for small hands.
  • Text and pictures together, so a child who doesn't read yet can still use the tools.
  • A typeface chosen for legibility.
  • Real buttons, links and labels, so keyboards and screen readers can reach the controls.
  • We don't rely on color alone to show information.
  • Fonts and every other file are served from our own site, so pages load without third-party services.

3. Known limits

The Service runs in your web browser, and some older browsers may not support every tool. The speaking voices are recordings made for MyHappySky and served from our own site. A word or line added very recently may not have a recording yet; until it does, your device's own voice reads it, so that one line can sound different from one device to another.

4. Tell us what doesn't work

If something on MyHappySky is hard to use for you or your child, please tell us. We read every report and use them to decide what to fix.
